Performance

Although Chromatics may be considered a glass product, it is better described as a laminate. The product has been tested to European & complimentary American standards to satisfy the glass market, but also for exterior facades, which is a unique opportunity that more than doubles the glass market potential.

Test matrix: This lists the independent tests and results to which the Chromatics product has been subjected. Testing authority, standard and result are listed. Note than in many cases, the test performance far exceeds that required by the industry.

CWCT Test Report (Conducted by Taylor Woodrow): Tests carried out by Taylor Woodrow (Document 10a) for the CWCT Standard (Document 10b) – Test Methods for building envelopes, 2005, for wind resistance – serviceability & safety, water tightness – dynamic pressure. Please note that the soft body impact test has now been replaced items 5&6 above – see Vinci (Taylor Woodrow) letter (Document 10c). These tests were completed by Wintech (Items 5&6)
